Every time I phone intercare and then want to speak to my doctor before booking an appointment or to follow up on a query you never get any anywhere. The doctors never appear to answer their phones and the reception never seems to care about getting a message to them. Even sending an email to the doctor doesn't get a response.
This is lousy service from the doctors and intercare reception. it seem all the are there to do is book an appointment and there is no concern for doctor/patient relationships at all. I am pretty sure this has got something to do with just making money and not really interest in health care.
Guess I will change my doctor and service provider.
