When first joining Essential Med, I was pleasantly surprised with their affordable prices, while still giving quality service.
I now wonder if this was only "beginner's luck".
Late last year they suddenly took away a lot of doctors and dentists that one now can't see anymore - a problem seeing as the one or two left in my region is fully booked for months in advance as well as the fact that they just plain didn't pay the one that I have been seeing, and I'm now responsible for a bill from an appointment that fell in their transition period. Apparently people can nominate doctors/dentists. Note the apparent part because I have been trying to do this for four months without any feedback.
Since Monday I have left a contact request on their website, tried phoning three times, and sent two mails without any response. I need to see an optometrist but is waiting now because I don't know who I'm allowed to see.
All and all it seems like their 'quality service' is a thing of the past.
