Promises that are not kept

I sent a claim on the 2/9/2013. When i called on the 4/9/2013 to follow up I was told that it takes 7 days for the refund to be processed and I will get an email once done. I called on 16/9/2013 and was told it is not processed, it will be paid on Wednesday and I will get an email. I called today to follow up and now I'm told that payments are done twice a month and the next date is the 27/9/2013!!! How can 3 different agents give 3 different stories??? I need this sorted no later that this week.
