Rampage Gaming Won't Refund a Cancelled Orde

10 Apr 2013 - Order 2943 placed for two graphics cards totaling R1, 680 incl. shipping and VAT.
11 Apr 2013 - RG told me that ETA was 1-3 days.
16 Apr 2013 - RG told me that payment had been received, items in stock. Delivery delay due to courier.
18 Apr 2013 - RG told me that main supplier had an "internal server crash" and could not invoice anything.
22 Apr 2013 - RG told me that they were having trouble "securing MSI stock", could they swap "for alternate brand with same spec" - I said "yes".
24 Apr 2013 - RG came back with an alternate brand AND a different model. I told them it was not spec equivalent and would like to cancel order. RG said "OK".
29 Apr 2013 - Asked RG when my refund would be processed. No reply from RG.
06 May 2013 - Asked RG when my refund would be processed. No reply from RG.
09 May 2013 - RG claimed "data a phone line" issues and would get on it "ASAP".
13 May 2013 - Asked RG when my refund would be processed. No reply from RG.
16 May 2013 - Asked RG when my refund would be processed. RG will "ask accounts".
19 Jun 2013 - RG sends email claiming to be under "new management".
24 Jun 2013 - I email RG, pleading my case. No reply from RG.
