There is a refund due to me since June 2013 and till to-date I have not received it. I call every week since the end of June and all what Faizah tells me is either the funds have been loaded and will be released the following day of the funds have been transferred into my account and nothing comes into my account at the end of the day. Recently, I called here on the 05th of August 2013 and was promised that payment will be done by the end of that week. The following Monday the 12 I made a follow-up and was told money has been paid on the 08th/08/2013 but till to-date no monye is deposited. Yesterday the 14th/08/2013 I made a follow-up from a Ms Veney and she told me she will follow-it up with Fizah because on her records it does not show that it has been paid.
