Ordered product not received no response no refund

18/02/2013: I ordered a baby wrap (with a voucher allowing a discount)
19/02/2013: I made payment & sent an email as confirmation
22/03/2013: I sent an email following up on the wrap
26/03/2013: I received an email from Michelle confirming she would follow up
03/04/2013: I sent a follow up email
05/04/2013: I received an email confirming that there were problems at the factory & that the wrap would be sent to me that Tuesday
16/04/2013: I sent another email following up on this
18/04/2013: I received an email confirming that the wrap had been sent to me
25/04/2013: I still had not recieved the wrap so I sent yet another follow up
30/04/2013: I sent another email following up on this
03/05/2013: I received confirmation (again) that the wrap would be sent to me that Monday
16/05/2013: Wrap still not received. I requested a refund.
17/05/2013: I received an email from Michelle confirming she would follow up and refund me
29/05/2013: I sent Michelle my bank details.
21/06/2013: I sent an email following up on my refund
25/06/2013: I sent yet another follow up.
04/07/2013: I sent yet another follow up.
08/07/2013: Sent another follow up!

Wrap nor refund received yet.
