Never in my life have I been so discusted

I Saskia Struwig have never in my life had such terrible service from a
medical aid. When we applied for this medihelp fund we noted on the form
that my son Nathan De wet Struwig has spina bifida, you at medihelp
approved this application. Now every time there is treatment needed for
him because of his condition noted on your'e documents it seems to be a
problem. I ask you why, do you not know what spina bifida is as a condition
and the treatments involved? Because if that is the case read the documents
supplied to you by his medical specialists.

Because of having to wait for you're authorization my son is bleeding from the
inside, he is in pain and discomfort and all you can reply when I query this
procedures authorization is its still pending.

Well while you are postponing this authorization the damage inside my 6 year old
is worsening and unfortunately that means more treatment and more money.
