I complained weeks ago that the SMS to obtain a pre-authorization number to visit a network doctor was not working. I have tried dozens of times and no response from medihelp. My daughter who is a member on her own, has had the same problem. I complained to the manager of pre-authorization. (Annatjie) She said she would sort out the problem and phone me back. NO SUCH LUCK. Not even a courtesy call. Perhaps Medihelp's IT Department doesn't know where to find the fault. Does the customer not mean anything!!!
