I have been with spectramed for about 8 years. They were always paid monthly. I have been retrenched recently and I am waiting for spektramed to pay my savings. My last payment was April 2013. It is now September. So it is in the 5th month that I am waiting for my savings to be paid out. I have send through my certified copy of my id and bank statement and the only responses I am getting is that they have received it but nothing else. I have emailed and phoned and no one can tell me when I will be paid out. This is surely not acceptable as I was a good contributor all those years and it makes me think that Spectramed is willing to take your money but when it comes back to paying a consumer they stall. They have no customer service.
