Refund of Savings

I cancelled my Membership with Spectramed in December 2012 and have several times over the last 2 months enquired about the refund of my savings, everytime I speak to a consultatnt at the call centre I get told they will send an email to the relevant department and give me some feedback. All these promises are however empty as still 5 months down the line Im still waiting.
