I was admitted to hospital in February. now when I get the spectramed statement the accounts is paid mostly out of my savings!!! i also get remarks " no benefits available for services rendered" paid out of "benefit booster" and no authorisation found, after myself and hospital checked that authorisation is in place BEFORE admittance.
