I have listed my query here on the 11th of September and up to date have had no response. I am waiting for my savings to be paid back to me. I have waited for 5 months and all I can get out of them is they are been audited that is why i am still waiting. Really is it my problem if they are audited. People out there beware, they will be quick to take your money monthly but not to pay you back when you had to stop been on the medical aid due tobeen retrenched. This is such bad customer service and I will advise anyone to think before joining spectramed. they clearly only think about the money in their pocket. Really disgusted.
