I have been trying to resolve a payment of a claim I submitted 2 weeks ago for the past week. Firstly they processed the claim incorrectly. I then called to query and was assured it will be reprocessed. Clever incompetents processed the claim in exactly the same way.
I have then been trying for the past 8 days now to have this claim reprocessed and paid out to me. Keep being told they will call me back, but so far only Candice has.
I have now been told that due to their mess I have to wait a further 3 to 4 days for the payment to be made. I cannot afford to wait this long for the incompetent fools to pay the money I need desperately at present due to their stupidity.
Please ensure you pay this immediately as I cannot take talking to you blundering ID10Ts any longer without ranting and raving and swearing like a sailor.
