Once again i am writing to bring this to your attention.
I have dealt with staff at Vitality and my issues are even worst from when i logged a complaint.
1. My main query was not resolved or dealt with.
2. I did not get any feedback for days now.
3. A debit was processed without my wife's or my permission.
4. We emailed the person that was dealing with the query get no reply.
5.Vitality finds it easy to disable a gym benefit does not go the extra mile to satisfy a loyal customer
but finds it very easy to debit the account and fail / pro long a refund on a incorrect debit.
6. The staff i dealt with are they under training?
7. Do they not have Team Leaders that deal with complicated queries to provide quality service in
a professional manner it makes vitality look bad.
8.Can we get my issues resolved and get a good outcome of this disaster or will there be more
problems that i have go through not everyone has the time to follow up on work that should be dealt with
by employees of your company that they are paid to do.
