I paid for the assessment and tried to claim back from discovery. I then had my account changed and discovery paid the money into the wrong account. I then requested they send me a letter confirming they paid it into the wrong account so I could sort it out with my bank (standard bank). I even had a standard bank consultant call them, stating I did not receive the money but yet nothing was done. The problem was escalated to the specialist department which deals with customer complaints, but even there my issue was ignored. I've been struggling for over 4 months with this. All I want is my money that is due to me, and all they need to do is either call standard bank or send them a letter stating they paid the money into the wrong account. Through this entire process the call cente agents were not at all helpful. Poor service and no concerns over their clients issues.
