I submitted a claim to Discovery on 23/05/13 as I had to pay cash for a visit to a doctor. When submitting the claim, i clearly stated on the claim to which bank account the refund should be paid to. Low & behold, Discovery still paid the money to an old account which i no longer use, even though I clearly stated where they should pay the money to. I called Discovery on 30/05/13 & spoke with Gavin Saminathan, who told me there is nothing they can do to reverse the money, and I have to sort it out with the bank. WHAT IS THE POINT OF ME GIVING THEM MY BANK DETAILS??? This is absolutely poor service from Discovery and i want this to be sorted ASAP.
