Both my daughters was referred to a specialist. I got the authorization numbers and they went to the specialist who we then paid upfront to later claim it back from Discovery. I've sent the doctor's account to Discovery after a lot of back and forth (first it was unclear then there were problems with the ICD-10 codes) which I understand you need all those details, my one daughter's (Kate-Lynn) claim was processed and refunded. There was a problem with my other daughter's claim because the doctor didn't put the ICD-10 code with her name. I have now resent the claim a few times making sure all the details are on the account but still the claim is not processed. Please Discovery help me in this regard.
