On 3.9.2013 I e-mailed Medihelp for authorization number to be hospitalized on 5.9.2013 for a biopsy. No feedback was received as yet. I tried to phone but no response the telephone lines stay engaged.
I need urgent attention due to the hospitalization is tomorrow.
