I have been trying to get a claim paid since last year. Have sent multiple faxes and posted the account a couple of times to Deins to no avail. Spoke to Talita who informed me that the claim was still not on there system. To my frustration I explained to her that Bonitas and Our practise have an Agreement that they will forward all claims to Denis. This is where Talita started speaking to me like a child, I know I have a Child's voice on the phone but I am an adult who has the member screaming at me about a claim that Denis doesn't want to pay. please inform your staff that we are the clients and need to be treated with respect. We do not have a contract with Denis online and send everything manually and fax the account, as we have very few claims as our Doctors only do the anaesthetics for the dentist in town. These claims we still struggle to receive payment as they are rejected as duplicates.
