I have 3 seperate issues at the moment, none of which I seem able to resolve because everytime I phone the call centre I have to start from scratch with my queries and nobody ever gets back to me.
1. I am still waiting for blood tests from May to be paid properly and in full - apparently it's been approved, just not paid.
2. Medication incorrectly approved and then I had to pay for it from medical savings - needs to be fixed.
3. Medication apparently approved on your side, but Dichem says it won't all go through so I end up paying cash for some of it, and then battling to get reimbursed (2 of these at this stage). Apparently these have been rejected because of the claim date being the same.
Please could I deal with 1 person who can assist this week!
