Upon a second weekend visit, during the same month to Alpine Heath, we encountered some really bad service. We then contacted the manager, Shirley Huxtable, to report the bad service received. Shirley offered us a free weekend stay at their resort to compensate for the bad experience we had. We spent two nights (14-16 August 2013) taking up Shirley's free offer. We were treated exceptionally well with all staff that interacted with us. Our request to occupy a chalet close to the entertainment area was fulfilled. The service we received was quite remarkable. We were thoroughly impressed and will certainly be returning to Alpine Heath soon!
