Purchased a groupon voucher for alpine Heath

Bought a groupon voucher from groupon for alpine Heath
When I phoned to make reservation for February they say they are fully booked
When I phoned again checking for booking I was informed that they had booking
For February but not for the groupon customers. When they sell those
Holidays it is not mentioned that only selected amounts are allowed on groupon.
My money cannot be refunded to me until my voucher expires in February
And it goes into the groupon account not into my account. There is no arrangement made by alpine Heath to even give you
A later booking. I am shocked that we the public are unaware that this is going on.
