From the moment we drove into the resort to the moment we left, the service was consistently great! The activities crew thst looked after the kids were really amazing. I want to thank everyone that was working between the 17th and 19th May as I did not encounter a single person (staff) that did not show that customer service still exists in SA.
Even when my daughter fell and hurt herself on friday night, the 1st aider was there in a flash and even came and check up on her the next day with a choclate to cheer her up!
I will be back and I will spread the word about this amazing holiday destination!
