My husband got a complimentary two night week end stay at Alpine Heath Resort at an Auction. The James Hale Memorial Golf Day 2012. We got it in August, and at that Stage it was their peak season. Our December holiday was booked and we had a cruise booked in January too. Steffi only gave me an option to extend the weekend until end of next week end as their peak season starts again. But if you look at it logically, within the 6 months we got the weekend there was more peak season than off peak season? So why are they not willing to accommodate us? The auction price was not cheaper than staying there, so why not assist. Very disappointing for BRAND Alpine Heath. And on several occasions when I did phone and attempt to make a booking and left a message to call back. No one would call back. I hope you have voice recording to go back and hear that too. Very unprofessional. And unfortunately we can't make it next week end. So I emailed Steffi to try and accommodate for next week end, which is putting us under pressure. But as yet no reply.
