I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 11th January requesting a tax certificate for 2010. I have not received a response. Do I need to point out to you that you are legally obliged to provide these documents? I suggest you hire staff who are not too lazy or drunk to respond to emails. I am deaf; do not respond by telephone.
