PLEASE RESPOND TO EMAILS!

Momentum - a BIG name in business, but not BIG on customer service. I have been trying since 3 January to get an answer to a query relating to chronic medication, but it's just not happening. Before I received a response, I had to send a second email on 7 January asking them to respond to my query. A third email was sent to them on 8 January as their subsequent reply on 8 January made no sense to me. Since then, I have received 2 "Automailers" from them, but nothing else. Momentum Health -- you need to be taught a few things by Bankmed!!
