I sent emails to discovery to addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] The auto responses received advises that an email or consultant will respond to you within 3 working days. This does not happen. There are no calls or follow through at all. No service delivery, no apology and just service altogether. Telephony call centre expects you to call back to check up on your own logs... why provide an email address when you dont respond anyway... VERY PATHETIC SERVICE DISCOVERY
