On July 10th, I wrote to [Email Removed] (email found on pnp website) to ask for a household account to be set up. I received no response.
On July 17th, I wrote again and also copied [Email Removed] (email also found on pnp website) to follow up. I received no response from either email address but this time received a bounceback from [Email Removed]
On the 23rd of July, I wrote again to [Email Removed] and have still not received any response.
If there is an email address advertised on the website, I would expect someone to respond to it within a couple of days. I'm pretty disappointed by this.
