Incompetent service and disrespectful staff

Our Neurologist did blood tests (including Lyme disease) while in hospital. All tests were neg, so he sent us to Lancet to get bloods sent to the UK (Oxford). Took 45mins to sort codes & process the Lyme & Isaac syndrome tests to send OVERSEAS. They guaranteed me that both tests would be done at Oxford & the results would be back in 2 wks. I paid R5300. I got a call from the Neurologist on the 9/8 to say that he'd got results for Lyme disease as this was tested locally!!?? I called Howick immediately & spoke to Sanjay (who still after 3 wks has not sent me an invoice) He transfered me to customer care who couldnt help me. I called PMB, spoke to Devon Naidoo who said he would get someone to call me. After me calling him back every day for TWO weeks I still have not had a call. I was told someone would call me in 2 working days so i could lodge a formal complaint. Its now been 5 working days and NO call. I called back to ask where the Isaac result is as it's now been 3.5weeks and NO RESULTS. I paid R977 for a test i did not ask for & they are refusing to refund me! AND they want us to pay courier fees to resend blood!! Inafficiant and incapable staff who are rude and incometent!
