Good day, Since last month I have been going from Pillar to post with regards to a billing query, I received and email saying it would be paid out but now when I ask if I would be reimbursed for paying a portion of it as the doctors accounts wanted payment I'm getting the run around. Can I please contacted and deal with only ONE person as Im tired of explaining what happened again and again. I sent another email to the executive mmsa email address since the 19th but still no response. I also want this sorted as a month is too long for me to chase up this.
