This is a follow up tomy complaint regarding the above, whereby on 17/08/2013 Lucenda from Medihelp called me and explained their reason for requesting a letter of motivation, however I fail to understand why it is Medihelp' s protocol to have bloods done every 120 days, whilst in my carepan/basket care, there is no such instructions available to me the client, only when it suits Medihelp, "there are hidden protocols" same day Sr Helen from my doctor called advising me that Lucenda called requestin an LOM, which was faxed to their PMB fax line, on 07/08/13 Lucenda called me again to inform me of what actions she has taken to obtain the LOM and I advised her that an LOM was faxed on 18/07/13, she requested Dr's rooms telephone number and I advised her that the rooms have moved to Rand Clinic, Lucenda said she will call the Dr and request that the LOM be re-faxed and I asked her to keep me informed (instead she updated response on hellopeter on 07/08/13), to date no response or payment of Mauff and Partners (Lancet account dated 29/06/13) and I am receiving letters of demand from Lancet
