I have been sending Numerous emails to there email address that is on there there website and my medical aid card. 1 email was sent last week then i recieved a reference another was sent to a saneesha and another has been sent yesterday but still no response i want to know if i can register on there maternity programme online? or do i need to call the call centre? as a new member on this medical aid i am not impressed by the lack of service delivery im am a very busy person who cannot spend time calling there call centre hense i sent my query via email...
