In mid July 2013 I transferred my Discovery Miles to British Airways Avios Miles to take advantage of their 1:1.5 promotion. Unfortunately, my miles have now gone missing and Discovery can only respond "it is being investigated" There was an issue with my married name vs my maiden name which is been rectified, however Discovery is still "investigating" and the Miles are still missing.
I changed this points for a specific flight, however that flight has come and gone.
Either change my miles back to Discovery Miles or change them to British Airways Miles. Nearly two months with no progress is unacceptable.
