Discovery Miles Query Not Answered

I have recently been affected negatively by a miscalculation on the miles calculation system.

In August the system made a calculation error, erroneously giving me 3082 miles extra.

This month, the system corrected itself and took the miles back.

I have no problem with this except that it left me with a balance of only 1081 miles where I would have had 4163 miles.

The minimum amount of miles required to convert to Avios is 2000 and the promotion ends at the end of the week.

I would have had more than the minimum required miles to convert if the system had not corrected itself.

Could I ask that you consider to make an exception and allow me to convert the 1081 miles in my account to Avios as it is not my fault that I do not have the minimum required amount of miles to process the conversion?

Please get back to me as soon as you can as the promotion ends in a few days.

I made this enquiry on Monday already and have heard nothing back from Discovery.
