1. I renewed my prokard online this year and yet was still debited even though I told the lady I had already renewed. To make matters worse she debited for silver and not gold yet nothing has been credited to my account. I am yet to recieve my new card months down the line.
2.On the weekend of the 28th of June I booked two rooms with my prokard at the Wanderers. On the Saturday I entered the shower and ended up slipping badly cutting my foot. After reporting it to the manager twice and being promised feedback I am yet to get any. I am beyond unhappy with the service from this hotel as when I checked out and paid the full bill they still forgot to lift the hold on my card. I had to manually get the bank to uplift it.
How is it that someone injures themselves because the cleaning staff have not cleaned properly and then are not given a stitch of feedback.
Please can someone address the above points or I will not be renewing again this year.
