Booking Complaint and Bad Service

On the 22of August 06.46AM i went to formula one hotel in southgate to Book i got Vuyani who was assisting me, i explained to Vuyani that i'm going to Durban with work i will be coming back on Friday&my flight will be landing at OR Tambo @ 11:15PM Friday and i will be there @Formula 1 probably by 12AM or pass 12Am Saturday then he confirmed the booking i even paid&then on the paper it was written the date 24th and checking out is 25th when i got there Saturday pass 12Am i got Luyanda who was at the reception she told me that my booking its for Saturday Afternoon&now its fully booked i was puzzled cause i paid for my Booking on the 22nd she told me theres nothing she can do she just offered to book me @formula one inn i refused to sleep there cause i would be sharing toilets&shower then she called @alberton Formula 1 where they told her there is a space then she said i can go there i dont even know Johannesburg i insisted i speak to the manager she said no one can help me i left the money there and i called the cab to take me there Then on saturday i went there again i got Timothy again he was rude timothy he didnt help me and give me the managers no i didnt even sleep there
