Been a prokard member for the past 3 years. Every year i renew membership around the month of February. This year was no different except until today i have not received the new prokard. i followed up with them and i was told i have not renewed. i told the consultant i did and sent proof of the deduction that protea made on my bank account. the transaction was dated 2013-03-02. after numerous emails to the consultant named asanda i received no joy. i even sent an email on their site but no one has ever got back to me. an amount of R1350 was deducted from my account and months later no one seems to be able to assist me. i would appreciate my money back as the service i have received from protea has been appalling to say the least, no one seems to care about customer complaints and getting any sort of feedback from them is non existence and yet when they want you to renew membership they call non stop.
