My wife was hospitalised in Rosebank and my mother in law and 2 small kids needed to find a hotel late on Friday evening close by as we live in Pretoria. I booked Protea Hotel Wanderers on-line and Nomsa checked us in when we arrived late Friday night. She was so friendly, great with kids and sensed that we were all very stressed out. She also upgraded the rooms to Deluxe even though I didnt have my Prokard with me.
Such a pleasure to have dealt with her, she is an absolute star. Hotel was great too, very clean, staff very professional. All round well done Protea Hotels.
