Overall experience at your Karridean Protea hotel was pathetic. I do understand this is a 3 star establishment but that is no excuse for the poor condition and pathetic service from your staff. Overall condition of the hotel was not what I have come to expect from Protea. Cleanliness of your check in, lifts and room was not to my expectations. Having brought it to the managers attention that I found 2 cockroaches in my room, during the night, I was told that is the status and one must expect it during summer season.
I have renewed my gold prokard membership for past 3 years (00724343) and I hope I don't regret this. Specifically for this booking I redeemed points and vouchers there I feel a bit aggrieved. As a loyal visitor to Protea, I hope my concern is given the due consideration.
