I booked for two days at Formula 1 in Pretorious Street just after Schubart Street in July they gave me a room with lights that were not working well (The lights that automatically turns off) and I reported the matter to the reception they refused to change the room for me and said that it is the policy of the hotel, I had to stay in such a room for two days. Today (12th August 2013) I booked again in the same hotel and they gave me a room for disabled people, the room was not cleaned properly it has some hair on the floor and one blanket was dirty. I feel sorry to see that disabled people have to sleep in such conditions while paying for the room.
I am not pleased with the service of Formula 1, one thing they (Formula 1) must know is that we have several alternatives and personally I am fed up with this poor service and will never tolerate it anymore. When we pay we expect we expect quality service similar to the one offered by other hotels.
