Formula One Hotel Misleading Advertising

After spending two days on the road arriving at Formula One Hotel in Parow Western Cape. I was at first happy to see the advertisement in there reception are that said ...". If you tired from a flight or drive and need to rest come to us any time ". Arriving at the hotel at 10h00 on 06 April welcoming me was the most unprofessional help desk clerk. I've ask the help desk clerk is they have any room available. He said yes they just cleaning the room. I then paid a for the room. After a few minutes I asked him if there is maybe a way that I can just take a shower because I've been on the road for two days. His answer to me was .." Sir checking in time is at 12h00" You must please wait. At 11H00 another gentlemen came I think he is the Hotel Manager. I explained my situation to him also. He also said to me the same that checking time is at 12H00. At this stage I''ve decided to move my appointment to 12H00. When 12H00 arrived they had a issue where the incompetent clerk book in double payment for a breakfast. Between them they were trying to sort it out. Ignoring all the customers who are waiting on them. I was only booked in at 12H00.
