Phone slammed down in my ea

I phoned the Discovery Health contact number that I got from the website, 0860 100 696, and the telephone options directed me to the normal Discovery Health queries.
I spoke to a lady called Genevieve. Before I got to Genevieve, I SUCCESSFULLY punched in my membership number to the automatic telephone operator.
Genevieve asked my for my membership number AGAIN. I wanted to know why I had to give my number again as I have just punched it in for the telephone operator!? Stroppily, Genevieve said: "You HAVE to give it to me again so that I can help you!! " Without complaining to Genevieve, I read out my membership number to her AGAIN. Genevieve gave a sigh, and slammed the phone down in my ear!! The call was NOT dropped by poor network, or any faulty telephone system, it was a CLEAR, irritated slam of the phone, dropping my call.
Genevieve is clearly having a bad day, but that is NO excuse to treat a client the way I was treated!!
I am disgusted!!
