Authorisation to see a specialist declined, No word from discovery health. Received an sms saying they are making a "decision" 2 weeks ago and i enquired with my GP who informed me of this decline. Discovery health did not even bother to come back to me after i phoned them a week ago to follow up... This is one of the many series of unpleasant service delivery from discovery. I have no more words to say.
