I went to a specialist last week, and afterwards was given a script for medication. I am supposed to take the medication for 2 weeks in the run-up to an operation (17-Feb). Discovery in their infinite wisdom decided that the doctor does not know what he is doing and declined the medication. I have been trying since last week to get it sorted out with no joy. I feels as if no one at Discovery can follow simple instructions.
Please just sort out your internal processes, and understand that more often than not a Doctor and Specialist knows better than a glorified desk jockey.
