In April of this year I contacted Sizwe Medical aid call center to change my debit order details. I filled in all the necessary paperwork and emailed it off. End of April my debit order was returned as they had not changed the banking details as per my request. In May I dealt with Call center once again, resent all my documentation and was ASSURED it would be fine. June I dealt with Zandile Makathini who I sent all relevant paperwork to. She is no longer taking my calls nor returning my messages. Last week I dealt with Hariet Javu, to whom I sent everything via fax, as I was advised they do not change details with emails. I have now called to confirm and have been told they did not receive my documents (I have proof that they were sent) and nor has the banking detail been changed. I am now on hold. This is unacceptable. I have been charged an unpaid debit every month since April and my medical aid is now in arrears.
