I signed up for Vitality last year July and joined planet fitness round about the same month. I called discovery to activate the gym benefit at the same time. Was told the Gym fee will be debited on the same day. I confirmed that there are funds in the account and that the amount could be debited then.

6 months later, i get call from Barry, who advised me that Vitality is PUSHING to cancell my gym benefit because I did not pay the required amount. I told him to email me all the details, cause I have proof that when I called to activate the benefit, there were funds in the account, and I can attach the call as well.

I had also defaulted on the monthy premiums which I paid. When I requested for these premiums to be debited on the 25th, I was told that is not possible. When I requested the companys' banking details so I can pay the money in every month, I was told that is also not possible.

Am very disappointed in the service I received. Now I have to pay Planet Fitness the full amount, yet its not my fault that the gym benefit premium was not paid when it was supposed to... And to inform me 6 MONTHS later of the fact, for a big company like discovery..AM SHOCKED
