I have recently joined Discovery Life and Vitality my policy commerce from the 1st of February, however I was informed via my broker and an acceptance letter from Discovery that you can activate the gym benefit of vitality before the policy commerce.
The letter state that:
You can activate your gym, movie and even some travel benefits imminently.
It is also signed by Peter Harvey.
My only problem is that now because of this false information I am going to pay for another month full gym membership. The only reason I got vitality was for the reduce gym fees as it was said that my current gym fees will amount to the fees of the reduce fee, the life cover fee and vitality. Now I am going to have to budget for an extra R 430 expense.
Please take note of false information before you decide to join Discovery.
