A few months ago I did credit check and found that i had a bad debt written off - default judgement - I want to know who i can talk to to get this resolved i have been trying to contact the department on the number that is on the ITC document to no avail and no one seems to know anything about legal collections when i call the netcare Akasia. I want this to be sorted out immediately and my name cleared from the ITC.
