Problems with payments again

As per my previous complaint to Medsield my father was admitted to hospital in June/July 2013 for an emergency PMB and I wanted all bills to be paid in full per SA law. Medshield did as such for the bills they had received at that point. Now we are receiving more bills from various medical suppliers pertaining to the very same admission that are NOT being paid in full. I wrote to Medshield 10 days ago giving them two suppliers names and I'm yet to get a response. Ref no: 160913Q94TF9.

My mother is a cancer patient needing to take tamoxifen for the next 5 years. She went to the chemist on Sunday and the pharmacist tells her theres no funds? Firstly this is chronic, secondly it is oncology medication, thirdly it also falls under PMB? What do they mean theres no funds?

We get a call yesterday from Lancet laboratories who says that our medical aid haven't yet paid a bill from October 2012 and now we are being handed over. Please sort this out.

I sent in a claim for my mothers mammogram which she paid in full herself. She needs to be refunded for this amount. Please be advised that the periodical mammogram for an oncology patient is classified PMB. Ref no:230913Q9GMWJ.
