A submitted a new application and the feedback and keeping me up to date was just excellent!!!

Also another incedent happend in June, where the dates where mixed up when we first applied my daughter was submitted to hospital and we changed from medical aid.. from Medihelp to keyhealth the we were suppose to be joined in May and for some reason date was captured for June only so we could not get auth.
Keyhealth assisted and changed the date to May for us to be covered so that there was no need for us to pay R20 000.00 cash or for us to take our little one to state hospital!!!
